We are looking for a Multilingual SEO Specialist – someone who will directly contribute to building our international brand, competing on Google Japan, Google US, and other global search engines, while developing optimization strategies for websites in Vietnamese, English, and Japanese.

Job description

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies for multilingual websites to improve rankings on Google and international search engines

  • Conduct keyword research, analyze trends, and study user behavior across different markets

  • Optimize on-page elements: meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs, schema, internal links

  • Collaborate with the content team to deliver SEO-friendly content that is accurate and culturally appropriate for each language

  • Manage and monitor technical SEO on multilingual CMS platforms

  • Build high-quality backlinks from international sources

  • Track and analyze SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and other tools

  • Stay updated with global search engine algorithms and the latest SEO trends

Job requirements

  • College or University degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related fields

  • At least 1 year of experience in multilingual SEO or international SEO, with proven Top 10 ranking results

  • Proficient in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog

  • Solid understanding of technical SEO: crawling, indexing, sitemap, hreflang tags, schema markup

  • Knowledge of SEO content and ability to collaborate effectively with translators/content teams

  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, logical thinking

  • Proactive, independent, and able to work under pressure
