Over the past 15 years of growth, PCS has overcome both internal and external challenges to become one of the most agile logistics enterprises in Vietnam. The company continues to affirm its position as a human-centered organization where every delivery journey carries the values of connection and happiness.
Born from the aspiration to connect Vietnam with the world
Officially established in October 2010 with headquarters in Hanoi and a branch office in Ho Chi Minh City, PCS currently has a charter capital of 80 billion VND and a workforce of more than 300 employees. From the very beginning, PCS defined itself not merely as a logistics service provider but as a place to “sow the seeds of humanity and create journeys of happiness.”
PCS’s strategic vision constantly breaks boundaries to become a global multi-modal transport chain connecting Vietnam with the world. The mission PCS has consistently pursued is to deliver exceptional service experiences, operated by a team of dedicated, agile, creative, and empathetic people. For PCS, happiness is not a destination but a presence in every moment along the journey toward success together.
PCS transforms strongly to create a journey of “We Deliver Happiness”
Customers at the center, employees at the core
In its development orientation, PCS adopts the philosophy “Customers at the center, employees at the core” as its compass. Every management decision, from executive levels to daily operations, begins with two questions: “Is this good for our customers?” and “Does this decision bring value to our employees?” This reflects not only a commitment to service quality but also PCS’s approach to building a fair, human-centered, and sustainable organization.
PCS’s core values include: Dedication - Honesty - Trust - Empathy - Wisdom - Love. These are not merely slogans but are embodied in every organizational practice: from listening to customers, empowering employees, to nurturing a culture of learning and inclusiveness.
PCS currently provides a diverse ecosystem of logistics services, primarily serving enterprise customers with agile and optimized solutions. International shipping has been a key strength since the company’s early days, with major trade lanes such as Vietnam - Japan, Vietnam - Korea, Vietnam - Singapore, and most recently, Vietnam – US since 2023.
As a global agent of leading brands like DHL, UPS, and FedEx, PCS connects businesses to more than 220 countries, ensuring accuracy, safety, and cost efficiency. Its B2B international express solutions help optimize costs by up to 30 percent, improve order processing speed by 20 percent, and achieve a 99 percent on-time delivery rate.
PCS fleet ready to serve customer demands
Domestic transportation has grown strongly since 2019, offering nationwide pickup, packaging, and warehousing solutions. Specialized services such as road freight, 1–3 day express delivery, industrial park routes, and distribution of high-value goods (such as electronics and VinFast EV batteries) contribute to enhanced experiences and savings for customers.
Halal logistics, launched in August 2025, marks a strategic step to serve Muslim markets both domestically and internationally. This service ensures closed-loop processes, dedicated vehicles, strict hygiene, and no cross-contamination with haram products.
Cross-border e-commerce logistics is another important pillar, enabling Vietnamese businesses to expand globally through multi-country fulfillment services, international payment support, and export consulting for e-commerce platforms.
ePacket is a standout solution that helps Vietnamese businesses access the US, European, and Korean markets through major platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop US, and Wayfair.
PCS operates global fulfillment warehouses in strategic markets such as the United States (California), Korea (Incheon), and the United Kingdom (Hertfordshire), along with domestic warehouses in Binh Duong (old site), Ho Chi Minh City, and Hanoi. All are operated with PCS’s proprietary OMS and WMS software systems to ensure the highest levels of accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.

Transformation from within
The year 2021 marked a turning point when PCS captured market trends and embraced the shift toward delivering more value to both customers and employees. Chairwoman Le Thu decided to launch an internal “revolution” by adopting an open management model and building an agile organization.
The transformation was not easy. Initially, PCS faced negative reactions: employees were anxious, lacked trust, hesitated to share information, resisted stand-up meetings, engaged in internal disputes, and encountered difficulties in skills assessment. Yet through the leadership’s determination, transparency, and consistency, PCS overcame each barrier.
The adoption of open management brought comprehensive results: redesigned processes, streamlined structures, elimination of overlaps, improved efficiency, empowered employees, and a shift in internal culture from blame to collaboration, from secrecy to sharing, from rigidity to creativity. Performance evaluation became fair and transparent at the team level, while growth opportunities became equal and unrestricted by hierarchy.
Customer experiences improved significantly: faster responses, timely handling, thoughtful care (such as offering tea on hot days instead of waiting for special occasions). PCS also achieved remarkable profit growth, optimized operating costs, raised employee salaries, and distributed profits openly each month. A culture of continuous learning was fostered through daily short meetings, Kanban, and internal skill sharing.

The nucleus of innovation
Behind PCS’s achievements is a leadership team rich in experience and attuned to global trends: Chairwoman Le Thu, Vice Chairman and Director of PCS Courier Hanoi Nguyen Trung Kien, CEO Do Vu Duong, Ho Chi Minh City Branch Director Bui Thi Huong, Business Director Kenji Ishibashi, and Business Development Director Le Anh. PCS’s Board of Directors brings deep expertise in logistics, innovation, technology, human resources, auditing, ESG, and international trade.
With the capacity to handle more than 3,000 orders per day, a diverse fleet of trucks, motorbikes, forklifts, and intelligent dispatching technology, PCS is ready to break through as one of Vietnam’s pioneering logistics enterprises.
PCS is not only a logistics company but also a pioneer in organizational operations, leading with human values, empowering people, and placing customer experience at the heart of everything. PCS’s transformation journey is proof of a sustainable development philosophy where business efficiency and human happiness go hand in hand.
With consistency, continuous innovation, and the aspiration to reach global markets, PCS is gradually realizing its vision of becoming a leading logistics enterprise, while spreading the model of “delivering happiness” not only in every shipment but also in every step of community and social development.
