PCS Logistics has been recognized by ZeroDX for the second consecutive year.
A Vietnamese Presence at ZeroDX Incorporated Awards 2026
ZeroDX recognizes organizations that are rethinking conventional approaches to management and leadership by promoting greater autonomy, reducing unnecessary layers of management, strengthening internal capabilities, encouraging continuous improvement, and building organizations around people.
On September 21, 2026, the ZeroDX Incorporated Awards 2026 and the 10th RenDanHeYi Model Leading Forum were held in Qingdao, China, as part of the same event. The program brought together businesses, experts, and organizations from different countries to exchange perspectives on emerging approaches to management, organizational design, and operations. The event also celebrated companies that are making meaningful progress toward more agile and autonomous ways of working.

PCS Logistics, Golden Communication Group, and AIT Advertising were the three Vietnamese companies recognized by ZeroDX at the 2026 event.
At this year’s awards, PCS Logistics, Golden Communication Group, and AIT Advertising were recognized as the three Vietnamese companies making notable progress in organizational transformation.
For PCS Logistics, the recognition carries added significance as it marks the company’s second consecutive year at ZeroDX. In September 2025, PCS Logistics received the ZeroDX Incorporated – Emergent Excellence Award, marking an important early milestone in its journey toward a more open, agile, and adaptive organization.
From management change to organizational capability
PCS Logistics’ transformation journey did not begin with a single process change or the introduction of a new management toolkit. It started with a broader question: How can the organization make faster decisions, respond more quickly to market changes, stay closer to customers, and create greater value for both customers and employees?
In a logistics industry shaped by constant change, PCS Logistics sees long-term competitiveness as more than a matter of scale or growth. It also depends on how quickly an organization can learn, adapt, and turn that capability into greater value for customers.
With this in mind, PCS Logistics has gradually moved away from conventional management practices toward Open Management and Agile Management. The company places customers at the center, people at the core of development, and transparency, fairness, and accountability at the heart of the way the organization operates.

PCS Logistics representatives will be with businesses and experts participating in the event.
The ZeroDX 2026 event also highlighted PCS Logistics’ progress in developing an inverted-pyramid organizational model, bringing greater ownership and decision-making authority closer to the people directly handling day-to-day issues.
Cross-functional teams are increasingly empowered to address situations at the point where they arise, reducing dependence on multiple layers of approval. At the same time, teams are given better access to data, tools, and visual management methods to support faster and more informed decisions.
More importantly, the transformation goes beyond organizational structure. It reflects a shift in mindset: employees are encouraged to look beyond completing assigned tasks and understand the value their work creates for customers, colleagues, and the organization as a whole.
Empowerment, autonomy, and continuous capability development
At PCS Logistics, empowerment is not simply about giving people more authority. For individuals and teams to operate with real autonomy, decision-making power needs to be supported by the right capabilities, access to relevant data, clear goals, and accountability for outcomes.

In-depth discussions were held as part of the event program.
For this reason, the transformation has been carried out across several areas at the same time. These include evolving leadership mindsets, strengthening transparency across the organization, building more agile teams, improving problem-solving capabilities, enabling stronger cross-functional collaboration, and encouraging employees to actively contribute new ideas and ways of creating value.
In 2026, PCS Logistics continued developing its Micro-enterprise model with the aim of creating smaller, highly autonomous units. Each team is given greater ownership over planning and day-to-day operations, while taking direct responsibility for its results. This approach is intended to strengthen initiative, accountability, and execution across the organization.
Turning organizational transformation into tangible results
Organizational transformation only becomes meaningful when changes in the way a company is managed translate into tangible outcomes for customers, employees, and the business. Between 2023 and 2026, PCS Logistics gradually redirected resources from selected B2C activities toward a stronger focus on corporate customers, domestic logistics, international logistics solutions, and fulfillment services.

In-depth sessions are held as part of the event program.
Another important shift has been the move from a mindset of “getting the job done” to one of “creating value.” Teams are encouraged to look beyond their own functions, collaborate more closely, support one another, and share responsibility for common goals. This has helped reduce functional silos and strengthen the way the organization works as one team.
The impact of this transformation can be seen across three areas:
- Happier employees
- More satisfied customers
- A more prosperous business
For PCS Logistics, these outcomes are closely connected. Sustainable business performance goes hand in hand with customer satisfaction and the growth of the people within the organization.

ZeroDX 2026 – A Meaningful milestone in PCS Logistics’ transformation journey
Being recognized once again by ZeroDX in 2026 is a meaningful achievement for PCS Logistics, but the award is not the destination of the company’s transformation journey. The work continues, reaching deeper into how teams operate, how people grow, and how value is created for customers.
Looking ahead, PCS Logistics will continue strengthening its agile organizational model, giving teams greater autonomy, expanding the use of technology and data across management and operations, and building the ability to adapt continuously as market conditions evolve.

The recognition at the ZeroDX Incorporated Awards 2026 therefore, represents more than an international award for PCS Logistics. It reflects a direction the company has consistently pursued: building a strong organization where customers are at the center and employees remain at the core.
In that environment, people are empowered to contribute their strengths, teams have the flexibility to respond and improve, and the organization can continue to adapt, innovate, and create greater value together while contributing to the country’s development.
