Job responsibilities

In this role, you will serve as the business liaison between PCS Logistics and enterprise customers with domestic and international delivery requirements. Your responsibilities focus on customer development, solution consulting and long-term client engagement:

  • Proactively identify and develop enterprise customers using domestic and international express delivery services.

  • Approach companies located in Hanoi Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City and major economic hubs.

  • Develop customers in industrial zones nationwide where logistics demand is frequent and continuous.

  • Maintain relationships with existing customers while expanding assigned potential accounts.

  • Take responsibility for revenue targets and manage customer portfolios

  • Monitor contract execution to ensure services meet agreed customer requirements.

  • Coordinate with operations documentation and support personnel to track shipments and resolve issues.

  • Follow up on customer receivables in line with internal procedures.

  • Support other assigned business activities as required.

Candidate requirements

PCS Logistics looks for candidates with a solid business foundation proactive thinking and commitment to long term development in logistics.

Education and experience

  • College or university degree in Business Marketing or related fields

  • Minimum one year of experience in B2B sales, with priority for logistics or express delivery backgrounds

  • Experience working with enterprise customers is a strong advantage

Professional Skills

  • Strong communication negotiation and persuasion skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint for business reporting.

  • Ability to apply AI tools in daily work is an advantage for information analysis and efficiency improvement.

  • Capability to build maintain and develop long term customer relationships.

  • Basic understanding of domestic trucking operations including North Central South routes.

  • Foundational knowledge of international transportation and express delivery in import export activities.
