Create shipping labels online
Once all the necessary information is ready, you will create a shipping label through PCS's online system. This not only confirms your order but also allows you to track the status of your shipment.
- Log in to your account and fill in the shipping label information for both the sender and recipient.
- Complete the item details, print the shipping label, and attach it to your package.
Proper packaging of goods
Packaging is a crucial step to ensure the safety of goods during transportation. Depending on the type of goods, use appropriate packaging methods:
- Light items (documents, files): Package using plastic bags, cardboard, or soft materials to protect critical information and documents.
- Bulky and fragile items: Pack items in large cardboard boxes, using shockproof materials to protect them from damage during transit.

Collection from your location
For added convenience, PCS will pick up your goods from your location according to an agreed schedule. The goods are checked and weighed before being transported to the processing warehouse. In the warehouse, the goods are rechecked, packaged, and reinforced according to international standards to ensure safety throughout the shipping process.
International shipping and delivery
After completing all necessary procedures, PCS will ship the goods internationally by air. You can track your shipment at any time through PCS’s website. Once customs clearance and international shipping are complete, the goods will be delivered directly to the recipient.
